Very nice video. I agree. The coconut shampoo is the best I try so far. I would try the Suave conditioner.

@MissEducates – You should try it for yourself.? That’s only one person’s opinion. I actually prefer Giovanni over Organix. There are more essential oils and it’s very moisturizing for MY hair type. Although, I like the smell of coconut in my hair, I feel my hair is much stronger from using the Vegan Giovanni’s deep moisture shampoo and conditioner.

i guess because everything that worked for you when you were relaxed just DOES NOT work well with your natural hair so it’s like your re-learning everyting!!! It’s pretty frustrating!

are you a product junkie? only natural for a month! wow! we all go through that, when I was relaxed I had way less products compared to now. LOL!

ohhh, yeah herbal essences made my hair fall out. good times (not). ahahah i have thick straight hair with a sensitive scalp and need a natural shampoo that wont build up so i really like giovannis tea tree shampoo with their balanced conditioner. also, i recommend doing a pre-shampoo conditioning with coconut oil if ever using giovanni. since the soap in their is veg oil derived, it is a bit more drying than disulfcconate[sp?] (in organix), which is more of a detergant

tea tree oil is actually very drying, so maybe your natural hair doesnt react well

@MissEducates giovanni is actually more natural than organix

I love these products. I just bought the smooth as silk moisture conditioner and used it as a leave in and washed it out at night and woke up to silky moisturized hair. the tea treat conditioner is excelent for detangling while in the shower. I have not bought the tea treat shampoo because I am happy with the deep moisture shampoo. I LOVE THEM nothing else for Me so Far….and they are ORGANIC PRODUCTS..got mine from rite Aid!!

Thanks for this review. I’ve been torn between the Organix and Giovanni and this vid helped me to make my final decision.

I bought the Tea Tree Triple Treat Shampoo today and it is very refreshing and definitely invigorating as it says. It smells so minty that it’s like I’m using toothpaste to wash my hair (in the sense of smell).
My hair gets really oily throughout the day so it didn’t make my hair feel dry after using it.
I just love the fact that the manufactures don’t test on animals, the shampoo doesn’t have sulfates that’s in a lot of shampoo that’s harsh on your scalp, and in general it’s organic.

ok, so I just finished your vid and realized that you didn’t care for Giovanni’s line. This is good to know and since you’ve given an alternative that works for you, I can spread the word about it.
Great review!!

I LOVE Giovanni’s Silk & Smooth line.
I’ve done a tutorial on it. It’s amazing because it has organic ingredients and doesn’t contain “bad” ones that are harmful for kinky-curly hair.

I do the exact same thing. I love the Organix coconut milk, but i use suave as my backup.
